The Task: Build a standard form process for a client’s members to request fee reductions

The Steps:

  1. Click Build a New Form from the dashboard view under WebFormz > Forms
  2. Enter a concise name of the form initially to serve as the alternate name, which is viewable under Additional details. We will be changing the form to its full name.
  3. Set this form to Regular Form, Status to In-Progress and Start Date to the current date. Then save, close and return and re-enter the form’s full name. Save again.
  4. Head to the Questions tab. Using the form as a reference, begin entering questions that will capture the required data for the form.

5. When entering questions, some common config settings will be Mandatory, Include in IQA Search and Include in Standard IQA. Follow naming conventions for Short Descriptions as they turn into values to be called when setting rules.

6. Radio set buttons will require Data and Display Values.

7. We will need to set Status Changes of the form to trigger a Review (on staff side)

8. Let’s head back to the WebFormz dashboard and click Build a New Form. We will fill in the required fields as usual but the Type will be a Review Form.

9. Review forms contain some standard fields on top of corresponding review questions, e.g., Reviewer, Manager Review Required, Reason, Notes, Outcome.

10. To track the progress of Reviews, we will create a work queue under RiSE. Head to the proper content folder in Staff. We will create a few website content items here with the following naming convention.

11. The Fee Reduction Review will house a Content Collection Organizer that call the child items — Completed, In Progress, Manager Review, Not Started, which contain Query Menu iParts that link to IQAs.
