The Challenge: Support UX team by delivering a case study template and interview process, defining value propositions for internal and external marketing use, and crafting a content/social media calendar.
The Steps:
- Created value prop survey through Google Forms and delivered results to leadership. Used results to brainstorm slogans, pitch lines, etc.
- Reviewed processes for design team to repurpose and standardize tried and true practices
- Presented calendar template for content release cycle revolving around company-hosted meetups, on-site conferences, and internal demos, hackathons and garages.
- Designed wireframes for case study landing pages. Produced client interview questions to gather information for case studies.
