The Challenge: Support UX team by delivering a case study template and interview process, defining value propositions for internal and external marketing use, and crafting a content/social media calendar.

The Steps:

  1. Created value prop survey through Google Forms and delivered results to leadership. Used results to brainstorm slogans, pitch lines, etc.
  2. Reviewed processes for design team to repurpose and standardize tried and true practices
  3. Presented calendar template for content release cycle revolving around company-hosted meetups, on-site conferences, and internal demos, hackathons and garages.
  4. Designed wireframes for case study landing pages. Produced client interview questions to gather information for case studies.
